PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS FACTORY LIMITED WARRANTY:

All styles of sunrooms, garden room, solariums, patio rooms, glass sun enclosures, awnings and patio covers.

TERM OF WARRANTY:

Our Limited Material Warranty on our sunrooms, garden room, solariums, patio rooms, glass sun enclosures, awnings and patio covers is for Lifetime beginning on the date the product is shipped from the factory.

Warranty on our sunrooms, garden room, solariums, patio rooms, glass sun enclosures, awnings and patio covers is only to the ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER of the products and is not transferable. This warranty is for the material (hereinafter referred to as the "PRODUCT") only and does not include installation costs. Warrants, the products listed above, the finish on these products will not peel, blister, flake, or chip subject to the limitations and conditions listed herein.

The manufacturer is giving you an expressed LIFETIME limited warranty on our sunrooms, garden room, solariums, patio rooms, glass sun enclosures, awnings and patio covers under the Provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Federal Warranty Act; cannot and shall not be liable to you for breach of any other written or oral expressed or implied warranties, such as those, if any, given to you by dealers, contractors, applicators or distributors.
